New vendor Salsa Novo will be sampling their products inside Boone Street Market THIS SATURDAY, January 18th, from 9 am to 12 pm!

Located in Johnson City, Salsa Novo is proud to produce homemade, fresh salsa from locally-sourced ingredients when possible. They have been making their own salsa for about 20 years and recently decided to make it a business venture. Their medium and mild salsas are produced at Mountain Harvest Kitchen in Unicoi, and their hot salsa is produced in their home kitchen. They use peppers sourced from A Different Chick Farm and Orchard, and the tomatoes from their current medium and mild salsa batches were sourced from Jones and Church Farm. Salsa Novo is proud to announce that our salsa can now be purchased at Jeremiah Cafe in Johnson City. We met with the owners and they will be serving our salsa and will make it available for purchase. They are located at 603 W. Walnut Street Johnson City, TN 37604. This is an exciting opportunity for both Salsa Novo and Jeremiah Cafe.  

On October 31, 2024 we launched our hot salsa. We use Jalapeno, Serrano, and Scorpion Peppers. The feedback has been tremendous and we can hardly keep it in stock.
